In 1987, Ingenieria Cardon was consolidated as a Multidisciplinary Engineering Consulting Company, when was granted this qualification by the Unified Registry of Contractors (RUC) of Petroleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

Ingenieria Cardon S.A. was established in Paraguana (Falcon, Venezuela) in 1977. Over the past 25 years the company has accumulated more than 3 million Man-Hours executed in an ample spectrum of engineering projects, while establishing offices in four countries.
