This system is supported by continuous staff training and development, technological innovation, and process standardization. This enables us to optimize productivity and reduce costs arising from non-compliance with applicable regulations, thereby improving the company’s profitability and strengthening customer confidence by demonstrating our ability to deliver quality products and services efficiently and promptly.
The Fondo para la Normalización y Certificación de la Calidad (FONDONORMA) certified Ingeniería Cardón’s QMS under the COVENIN–ISO 9001:1995 standard in 2001. From that point forward, the company renewed this certification annually, transitioning to ISO 9001:2000 in 2004, then to ISO 9001:2008 in 2009, and finally to ISO 9001:2015 in July 2018, updating its scope to “Engineering and Technical Assistance Services for the Oil and Gas Industry.”
The certificates issued by FONDONORMA are internationally endorsed by the National Accreditation Body of Colombia (ONAC), a member of the IAF (International Accreditation Forum), the ILAC-MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation Mutual Recognition Arrangement), and the IAAC (InterAmerican Accreditation Cooperation). FONDONORMA is also a full member of the International Certification Network (IQNet), a global network of leading certification bodies with more than 100 subsidiaries and 200,000 certified companies across multiple countries.
