Keeping pace with the globalization trends of the industry, Ingeniería Cardón is continuously adapting its organization to a highly competitive market, focusing on quality, response time and cost competitiveness. Recognizing those directives as the only way to achieve client satisfaction and to be successful. The company has developed and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) for all its processes.

  

This system contemplates the permanent actualization of our personnel, both in technical innovation and process normalization, which allows increases in productivity and reduces costs of Non Conformities or Non Compliances, lowering our bottom line and producing the vital sense of trust within our clients by demonstrating our capacity to deliver our services.

 

The Fund for Standardization and Quality Certification (FONDONORMA) certified the company’s Quality Management System under Venezuelan rule COVENIN - ISO 9001:1995 in 2001. From that moment on, the company has maintained and annually renewed this certification, transitioning to the ISO 9001:2000 in 2004, the ISO 9001:2008 in 2009 and finally the ISO 9001:2015 in July 2018, broadening the scope to “Engineering and Technical Assistance Services for the Oil and Gas Industries”.

 

The ISO certification from FONDONORMA encompass the recognition of the "Organismo Nacional de Certificación de Colombia" (ONAC), mmember of the IAF (International Acreditation Forum), the ILAC-MRA (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation) and the IAAC (InterAmerican Accreditation Cooperation).
